Disclosure: We are not a gluten-free restaurant. We are gluten-free Friendly. What does that mean? That we have a variety of gluten-free breads and always have gluten-free pasta at dinner, we always (unless sold out) have a gluten-free dessert, we have our menus designated with items we can prepare gluten-free. What we cannot do -- we cannot 100% guarantee there is no cross-contamination, although we will try our best. We cannot offer you everything, although we would love to! We are taking steps to increase our gluten-free offerings like converting to gluten-free soy sauce. If you are Celiac, we will re-wash all items being used to prepare your food.
