Welcome to Sugar Water.  The Manor and Farm are still as is and  we are excited to announce that this week, we purchased the historic Washington Hotel & restaurant. Built in the late 1700s, the establishment has been an anchor in the Town of Princess Anne for nearly 280 years. It is located in the heart of the Main Street Princess Anne District. The Washington Hotel and Sugar Water - a full service restaurant specializing in fresh, local fare - is slated to open May 15, 2024.
