As the 4th of July approaches, it's time to plan your celebration. If you're looking for a unique and delicious way to mark Independence Day, join us at our farm-and-water-to-table restaurant for a feast that will delight your taste buds and leave the grilling and cleanup to us.
Open from 11 AM to 7 PM, we will serve a special holiday menu featuring the best seasonal ingredients and local flavors. This year, skip the grill and let us treat you to a delicious meal in a relaxed atmosphere. Gather your family and friends and celebrate America's birthday with Sugar Water.

Our Independence Day Menu
We believe in the farm-to-table philosophy. Our dishes are prepared using high-quality local ingredients. Our Independence Day menu reflects this commitment, featuring bold flavors and seasonal favorites.
Starters
Kick off your celebration with fresh starters that will whet your appetite.
Peach & Tomato Burrata – Juicy summer peaches and vine-ripened Heirloom tomatoes shine with creamy burrata, served over local greens with Balsamic Reduction. Our Peaches grow locally from Sissy Vesseys and tomatoes from Chesterfields and hand made Buratta from Union!
Oysters on the Half Shell – Enjoy oysters served chilled, straight from the water. These delicacies contain high levels of omega-3 fatty acids, known to boost heart health. Oysters are farmed and delivered by Tom’s in Chincoteague.
Loaded BBQ Nachos – Bite into Tortilla chips piled high with pulled pork, sharp cheddar, and a drizzle of creamy sauce. These nachos are not just a starter; they are a crowd favorite that many of our guests rave about!
Main Courses
For the main event, our chefs have prepared a selection of dishes crafted with high-quality meats and vibrant seasonal ingredients.
All-American Burger – A classic done right, featuring sharp cheddar, fresh lettuce, ripe tomato, pickles, and house sauce on a toasted brioche bun.
Firecracker Fried Chicken Sandwich – crispy chicken thighs topped with slaw and honey sriracha mayo for a deliciously spicy kick. Chicken is from Ishan Farm in Princess Anne and is Halal certified.
Lobster Roll – Indulge in sweet local lobster served in two buttery brioche buns, along with slaw and House made French fries. Research shows that lobster contains zinc, which is vital for a healthy immune system. Lobster from Katie and Lobster Lady
Soft Shell Crab Platter – For seafood lovers, enjoy three soft shell crabs from our local waters served with corn relish, slaw, and House Made French fries. This meal captures the essence of summer.

Nothing says summer like a backyard barbecue. We crafted a special menu celebrating this tradition.
