Sugar Water Readers, our co-ed book club, is launching its second season, following a wildly successful first year filled with terrific reading, new friendships and consistently lively, thoughtful discussion. What began as a simple gathering of readers quickly became a welcoming community- one where differing perspectives are encouraged and everyone leaves having learned something new.
We’ll kick off the year in February with “The Women”, Kristin Hannah’s 2024 bestselling novel and a recipient of multiple awards. It’s a powerful, conversation worthy choice that sets the tone for the season ahead. If you are looking to widen your perspectives and try something new as the year begins-do plan to join the group for a good lunch and good conversation that never hurts, does it?
