Join us on May 29th from 6pm-8pm for a hands-on class where you’ll learn how to create, feed, and maintain a sourdough starter, the foundation of great homemade bread. We’ll cover the basics of fermentation, the best flours to use, how to troubleshoot common issues, and the feeding schedule needed to keep your starter strong and active.

Along with all learning and exploring you can get a taste of some sourdough goods from our own Baker Bob!
